Feeding

Omnivorous and carnivorous, prefers sinking foods.

 

Additional Comments

Very popular as a 'scavenger' for planted community tanks. Corydoras appreciate fine sand (eg 1-2mm) without sharp edges and they prefer to be kept in a school rather than just 1-2 fish. The albino form is a captive-bred variety.
