Description

Aluminium is an evergreen perennial that has adapted to tolerate living underwater when its habitat intermittently floods during the wet season. 

Features

  • A broad green leaf with a silvery sheen

Difficulty

Easy to keep. Best to keep with species of fish that do not consume plant material.

Placement

Midground placement in the aquarium. Plant bunch into aquarium substrate in desired location.  

Growth Rate

Moderate growth rate. Trim to keep full appearance. Aluminium will grow up to 30cm tall.

Lighting

Moderate lighting requirements.
