Red Marble Bristlenose Catfish
The Red Marble Bristlenose Catfish is a striking and highly sought-after algae eater, prized for its rich reddish-brown base colour overlaid with beautiful marbled patterning. Juveniles display the boldest markings, while mature fish develop a more subtle and refined appearance. This hardy species is an excellent addition to most freshwater community aquariums, helping to keep algae under control while adding unique character to your tank.
Although they can be bred in captivity, Red Marble Bristlenose Catfish are considered more challenging than standard Bristlenose varieties.

Feeding :
Bristlenose Plecos are herbivores, eating mainly algae, so feeding algae or spirulina wafers once or twice daily is best. Granules, flakes, or bloodworms are also good, while the occasional zucchini slices and blanched romaine lettuce or spinach are good treats. Just make sure to never overfeed.
