The first couple of times, I talked to someone great customer service. Pitty, the delivery took 3 days. I rang to say one fish was on its side, but the lady didn't care cause it was still alive. One fish died a day later, and the other is still alive. Rang to talk to someone today, and no one got back to me(he was on lunch).
