Avoid slow-moving or long-finned fish that may be stressed by their constant activity.
An omnivorous species, Spotted Danios readily accept a wide range of foods. Feed high-quality tropical flakes or micro pellets as a staple, supplemented with frozen or live foods such as brine shrimp, daphnia, and bloodworms. Feed small amounts 1–2 times daily.
