Installation Tips
- Turn off and unplug the filter before opening the canister.
- Remove the used white filter pad from the top filter basket.
- Place the new white filter pad as the final filtration layer, above the biological media and beneath the filter cover.
- Reassemble the filter and restart operation.
- Replace the white filter pad when it becomes heavily soiled or during routine maintenance to maintain optimum water clarity.
Tip: White fine filter pads are disposable polishing pads and should be replaced rather than washed, as cleaning can reduce their filtration efficiency.
