This Fluval FX4 replacement pump features Smart Pump Technology, which continuously monitors impeller speed and torque to deliver powerful performance while optimizing energy use. It also controls the filter’s self-start function and automatically releases trapped air within the system. Every 12 hours, the pump pauses briefly to evacuate any accumulated air, maintaining optimal filtration efficiency at all times.
