This heat pack is an activated carbon heater and is activated by air contact. Simply remove the heatpack from the packaging, have it activated in a frost-free environment and place it in a suitable transport box. It is designed to be low in oxygen and give up to 40 hours of optimal heat in a vacuum-sealed package.
