The Best Aquarium Size for Jikin
A single adult Jikin should be housed in an aquarium of at least 100 litres. For a small group of 3–5 individuals, a tank size of 250–300 litres is recommended. A wider footprint is preferable to a tall tank, as Jikin require horizontal swimming space.

Diet for Jikin
Jikin are omnivorous and require a varied diet. High-quality sinking pellets should form the staple, supplemented with blanched vegetables (spinach, peas, zucchini) and occasional protein sources such as bloodworms or daphnia.
