The Lifegard Pro-MAX 55W High Output Amalgam Germicidal UV  is a professional-grade UV sterilization system designed to improve water clarity and reduce harmful microorganisms in freshwater, marine, reef, pond, and aquaculture systems.

Featuring advanced amalgam UV technology, this high-output sterilizer delivers powerful UV-C performance with extended lamp life and enhanced efficiency compared to standard UV units. Its patent-pending flow-through design incorporates angled inlet and outlet ports for easier installation and reduced plumbing restrictions, making it suitable for both new and existing filtration systems.

The Pro-MAX series includes a high-output UV bulb, internal protective sleeve, and a UL-listed ballast with a built-in countdown timer that indicates when lamp replacement is required.
