Red Starfish RS-N130 Protein Skimmer

Improve nutrient management in your marine aquarium with the Red Starfish RS-N130 Protein Skimmer, a compact in-sump protein skimmer designed for aquariums from 400–500 litres.

The RS-N130 uses a DC needle-wheel pump and specialised diffuser to create a fine bubble mixture for efficient separation of organic waste from aquarium water. Its compact, wine-bottle-shaped reaction chamber helps concentrate protein-rich foam as it rises into the collection cup.

The low-voltage DC pump provides quiet operation while allowing controlled performance. The compact pipeless design also helps save valuable space in the sump.

Installation & Usage
