Feeding

Carnivore, readily accepts most foods. Relishes live prey.

 

Additional Comments

Coal Grunter are our prettiest native Grunter, very dark colouration overlaid with intricate gold markings. An excellent 'pet fish', they become very responsive to their owner. Long lived (eg 10+ years for well cared specimens).
