Description

This 3 cm Terracotta Pot is a small, natural clay pot made for freshwater aquariums. Use it to pot aquatic plants, making them easy to position, move and keep tidy in your aquascape, especially in gravel or sand that doesn’t hold roots well.

Made from natural terracotta, it’s aquarium safe and has a warm, earthy colour that blends naturally into planted tanks. Its small size also makes it a popular hide for shrimp and small fish, giving them a sheltered spot to rest and feel secure.

How to Use

  1. Rinse the pot thoroughly in clean water before use.
  2. Fill it with aquarium soil or gravel, and add a root tab if your plant needs extra nutrients.
  3. Plant your aquatic plant, then top with a layer of gravel to help hold the soil in place.
  4. Position it in the aquarium, partly buried in the substrate for a natural look if you like.

Please note: Rinse before use and clean with water only. Avoid soap or detergents, which can harm fish. Sold individually.
