The Gold Head Goby are suited for the beginner aquarist. Also known as, Golden Head Sleeper, or Blueband, Bluestreak, or Yellowheaded Sleeper Goby. It is a peaceful species that will not usually bully other fish unless they are other gobies. They are sand sifters, sifting through the aquarium substrate for food. They are reef compatible and will not pick at corals.
This species is native to reefs within the Indo-Pacific Region.

Do not keep with other sand sifting gobies unless keeping a mated pair.
Gold Head Goby's are carnivores therefore diet should consist of a variety of foods such as live blackworms, brine shrimp, freeze dried & frozen foods. They will spend their day sifting through the aquarium substrate for food.
Gold Head Goby require a minimum tank size of approximately 300L. They require a lid on the aquarium as they are known to be jumpers.
