Description
The VIV Mini Glass Diffuser is a compact CO2 diffuser designed for nano planted aquariums. Made from clear, handcrafted glass, it blends discreetly into your aquascape, so your plants and fish stay the focus rather than the equipment.
Its hang-on design hooks neatly over the edge of the tank, so there’s no need for suction cups. It suits frameless (rimless) aquariums with glass 5 mm thick or less. The diffuser breaks CO2 into fine bubbles that dissolve into the water, helping plants make the most of your CO2 supply for healthier, more vibrant growth.
Key Features
-
CO2 Diffuser: Breaks CO2 into fine bubbles for better dissolving
-
Clear Glass: Handcrafted, transparent glass that blends into the tank
-
Hang-On Design: Hooks over the tank edge, with no suction cups needed
-
Nano Sized: Compact design suited to small planted tanks
-
Rimless Tanks: Fits frameless aquariums with glass up to 5 mm thick
How to Use
- Hang the diffuser over the edge of the tank so the diffuser head sits low in the water.
- Connect your CO2 tubing to the inlet, using a check valve to stop water flowing back into your CO2 system.
- Position it near your filter outflow if possible, so circulation spreads the fine bubbles through the tank.
- Turn on your CO2 and adjust the flow to suit your tank and plants.
Tip: Place the diffuser low in the tank and in the path of gentle water flow. The longer the bubbles stay in the water, the more CO2 dissolves for your plants.
Please note: Glass is fragile, so handle with care, especially when cleaning or connecting tubing. Only suitable for frameless tanks with glass 5 mm thick or less. CO2 system, tubing and check valve sold separately. Monitor fish for signs of stress when adjusting CO2 levels.
